MYRTLE MARY CAMPBELL (nee LAMIRANDE) April 7, 1942 - February 4, 2004 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, Myrtle Campbell at the age of 61 years. Peacefully on Wednesday, February 4, 2004, Myrtle passed away with her family by her side at the Grace General Hospital. Left to remember her life is her mother, Ida Lamirande; children, Walter, Ron, Rhonda, Racheal and Russell and ten grandchildren who were very dear to her. Also surviving are nine sisters and one brother as well as numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and special friend, Rick and Fatso, her cat. Myrtle was predeceased by her husband Rod Campbell; her father William Lamirande and brother Ernie Lamirande. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 8 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. in P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 9 at 11:00 a.m. in P. Coutu Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Don Neillings, Charlie Fontaine, Brian Chrupalo, Ray Delaronde Jr., Andy Boulard Jr., Clifford Lamirande, Bill Jonasson and Michael Bruneau. Heartfelt thanks to all the ICU and fourth floor South staff at the Grace General Hospital who were so wonderful and compassionate in the care of Myrtle over the last three months.
