MARIE THERESE BELLEC (nee HINCE) Peacefully at the Ste. Anne Hospital on Monday, February 9, 2004, Mrs. Marie Bellec formerly of St. Claude, MB passed away at the age of 82 years. She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters, Odile (Auguste) Meyer of Notre Dame de Lourdes, and Diane (Raymond) Connelly of Ste. Anne; two sons, Louis Bellec of Paris, France and Norbert (Linda) Bellec of St. Vital; 13 grandchildren, Gilles (Maxine), Marc (Jackie), Guy (Judy), Joel, Rene, Patrick, Michel, Nicole (Denis), Ginette, Marc, Lynne, Jessi, Melissa; and two great-grandchildren, Ashley and Maegan. She also leaves to mourn one sister Adele Bellec; three brothers, Louis, Alphonse, Henri; four sisters-in-law, Anne-Marie Lapointe, Irene Bellec, Robertine Hince and Pearl Lambert; and one brother-in-law Luc Gautron. She was predeceased by her husband Marcel in 1988, her son-in-law Rene in 1979 and by her grandson Roger in 1987. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Thursday February 12 at 2:00 p.m., preceded by Recital of the Rosary. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery with Fr. Jean-Jacques Serceau officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave. E., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 0K8. The family wishes to thank Dr. J.J. Gobeil and the Ste. Anne Hospital, and to the excellent staff at the Villa Youville for the loving care given to our mother and grandmother during her stay.
