Bill was predeceased by his parents, Saftino Zaharia and John Skwarchuk; and many brothers and sisters. Bill was born on April 18, 1909 in Devils Lake, SK. He was employed by Raber Glove as a glove cutter for most of his working life. He loved to work with his hands and through his hobbies of rug braiding and hooking, and macrame, he left his family with many treasures. He enjoyed playing rummy and solitaire, especially when he was the winner. Other pastimes were doing jigsaw puzzles, sitting outside, and watching television, especially wrestling, the Price is Right, and the weather channel. Bill left a legacy of beautiful memories and life lessons to his children that will enrich the lives of generations to come. His spirit lives on and his love is with us now and forever. The family would like to extend their thanks to the home care workers, especially Laurie and Ross, and staff at the Seven Oaks Hospital for their patience, care and support. God gave us a Dad, And He tried to be fair, And when He gave us ours, We got more than our share, Although He took him back from us today, We are so grateful for the years, He let him stay. His presence well miss, His memory well treasure, Loving him always, Forgetting him never. Youre breaking my heart We love you! VICHNAYA PAMYAT CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
