ISABELLA DUNTHORNE (nee STEWART) Peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2004, our beloved Mom, Sister, Gram and Nana, Isabel Dunthorne passed away at the age of 89 years. Remaining to cherish her memory are her sisters, Margaret, Agnes (Bill) brother Fred; sons, George (Arlene) of Ottawa, Don (Helen) of Winnipeg and daughter-in-law Jean of Brandon; grandchildren, Ross (Cathy), Scott, Lynn (Kirk), Allen (Nancy), Donna (Jerry), James, Susan (Colin) and eight great-grandchildren. Isabel was predeceased by her brother Bill; sister Mona; husband George and son Edward. She took pride in her family and was adored by all who met her. She was loving, kind, considerate, polite and a wonderful lady. She enjoyed the outdoors, going on trips with the family, camping and joyous family dinners. Our family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of St. Josephs Residence and Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Isabels memory to the Alzheimers Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
