MARIE GORIN Peacefully our dearly loved sister, aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt passed away Thursday, February 12, 2004 at the age of 85 years. Marie was born in Winnipeg and was predeceased by her father and mother, Peter G. and Aksana Olnick; husband John J. Gorin and brother-in-law Kenneth Sharples. Marie leaves to cherish her memory her sister Eve; niece Lynn; great-nieces, Tiffany (Rocco) and children; Keri-Lynn (Peter) and great-nephew Carlisle Kenneth. Marie was a very kind, caring and compassionate person who had a great zest for life including fashion modelling at the Hudson Bay Company. She loved her family deeply and took great pride in her home and garden. She was keenly interested in accounting throughout her life. The family wishes to extend gratitude and sincere thanks to the staff at Golden Links Lodge for their heartfelt care and compassion. Should you desire, donations may be made to the Diabetes Foundation or Golden Links Lodge. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Cemetery, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB. God be with you - till we meet again.
