ROSALIA (ROSIE) GAWRYLUK It is with deep sadness that the family announces the unexpected passing of Rosie Gawryluk on February 14, 2004, at the age of 85 years. Left to cherish her memory are her son Elmer (Carol), daughter-in-law Anne and husband Gordon Whyte; sisters, Mary Bachinsky, Stella Payjack and Ollie Prociuk; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Peter and son John Ronald. Mom was a very loving and thoughtful person and made many friends throughout her life. She was a special Baba to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were her greatest pride and joy. She will be truly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who knew her. Viewing will be held on Thursday, February 19 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 20 at 10:00 a.m. also at the chapel. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery. Mom, we did not see you close your eyes, Or hear your last faint sigh, We only heard that you were gone, Too late to say goodbye. Thanks for the years you gave us, And the precious time we shared, We only hope that when you left us, You knew how much we cared.
