OMER JOSEPH GIROUARD It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Omer Girouard on February 16, 2004 at the age of 73 years. Omer is survived by sons, Omer (Laura), Michael (Tasha) daughters, Teresa, Dawna, (Bill), Patricia (Jon), grandchildren, Steven, David, Beau, Tyler, Kyle, Jewel, Alyishia, Julie, Joshua, Tabitha and Nathan; great-grandson Christopher. He also leaves to mourn his fiancee Diana Surowy with children Carrie, Ashley, Johnny and Linda; brother Rene; sister Irene (Bert) godchild Samantha and also numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers Edward, Leo, George and Eugene and sister Stella. The family would like to thank the staff at Oakview Place for the time and care provided to our dad. A Prayer service will be held on Monday, February 23 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street with a Funeral service held on Tuesday, February 24 at 1:00 p.m. also at the chapel.
