MARGORY MAUD AITKEN On Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at the St. Boniface General Hospital, Margory Aitken passed away at the age of 81 years with her family by her side. Margory is survived by her sons, Mark (Ruth), Doug, and Stewart (Cindi) grandchildren, Philip, Bonnie, Crystal, Kimberly, Benjamin and Mitchell; niece Heather (Rick) grandnephew Christopher; brother-in-law Jack. She was predeceased by her husband Len; brother Jim; and sister Ruby. Born in Edmonton on January 10, 1923, Margory and her sister Ruby moved to Winnipeg as young adults where Margory met and married Leonard. They settled in St. Vital where they raised their family during their many years of marriage. Margory lived for her family and will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. Margory loved to sew, was an avid bowler at Dakota Lanes and was involved with Ladies Auxiliary of the St. Vital Legion. In her later years she enjoyed travelling with her friend Doris Turner.
