ERNEST ROY WEBB It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Ernie Webb at the Golden Links Personal Care Home, on February 15, 2004. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Doris, of 58 years; sister Rose; brother Stephen; sons, Roger, Chris and Neil and daughter Susan as well as seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers, Fred, Bill and Ray. Ernie resided in St. Vital all his life. He served overseas during the Second World War with the Royal Winnipeg Rifles. He worked for the City of Winnipeg for 31 years, retiring in 1977. The family wishes to thank the staff of Golden Links Lodge for making his time with them very happy. Cremation has taken place.
