Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEMMA BERNARDIN (nee BRUNEAU) Peacefully, with her family at her side, at the Grace General Hospital on Friday, February 20, 2004, Mrs. Emma Bernardin of Elie, MB passed away at the age of 85 years. She will be sadly missed by her seven children, Evelyn (Max), Louise (Vic), Gilbert, Therese, Doris (Rick), Eva (Rod) and Linda (Bob), 19 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves to cherish her memory three sisters, Anna, Lillian and Therese; one brother Hector and numerous nieces and nephews. Emma was predeceased by her beloved husband Armand in 1981 and by two brothers, Aime and Pete. She touched the hearts of many and was loved by all who knew her. She appreciated and lived life to the fullest. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, February 24 at 2:30 p.m. followed by funeral mass at 3:00 p.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Church in Elie with Fr. Albert Lafreniere officiating, assisted by Fr. Robert Bernardin. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation.
