BONNIE CHRISMAS It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Chrismas after a brief but courageous battle on Monday, February 23, 2004 at the Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital. Bonnie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Bill; daughters, Lori (Randy) McKnight, Dawn (Murray) Nychka, Norma (Jim) Chartrand; brother Donald Burnside; Aunt Eva Jahns and special cousin Norman Campbell; stepdaughters, Judy (Joe) Stefanuk, Diane (Herb) Menzel, Gail (Alan) Schick, Carol (Kelvin) Dola, Bonnie (Mark) Yeomans, Sandy (Rick) Whittom; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother Bertha Burnside. Bonnie was born and raised on a farm in Balmoral. On March 12, 1992 Bonnie married Bill and they moved to their home in Balmoral. Bonnies passion was her family and her beautiful dog Arko. Bonnie was a very strong and selfless person. She was a very special person who always had time to listen and would go the extra mile for a person in need. She took great pride in everything she did, especially her job at Premier Care. The pallbearers will be Murray Nychka, Randy McKnight, Rick Whittom, Kelvin Dola, Alan Schick and Doug Good. Honorary pallbearers will be Donald Burnside, Jim Chartrand, Norman Campbell, Mark Yeomans, Joe Stefanuk, Herb Menzel and Bob Good. Flowers are gratefully declined, if friends so desire donations may be made in Bonnies memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 27 at 2:00 p.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. Bonnie, your family loves and misses you. God took our darling to be an angel because there arent enough angels to go around. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
