Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE ROSE BOURRIER (nee LALONDE) 1921 - 2004 Peacefully with her daughter by her side Marie Rose passed away at the age of 82 years at Tache Nursing Centre. Marie Rose was predeceased by her loving husband Romain; daughter Lucille in infancy; her sister Yvonne; brother Fred; and adopted brother Simon. Marie Rose is survived by her daughter Denise (Gordon) Kostynuik; son Robert; twin sisters, Annette and Bernadette; and numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Zenon Park, SK on May 14, 1921, Marie Rose later met and married her husband Romain and raised their family in St. Boniface. Marie Rose was a gentle, considerate and loving person who was truly devoted to her family. One of moms favourite things was to return home to Zenon Park in the summer to visit with family. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Tache Nursing Centre for all their care and compassion. Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 28 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Interment of the cremated remains will follow at St. Boniface Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Manitoba Provincial Office, 2-836 Ellice Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3G 0C2 or to a charity of ones choice.
