FRANCES MARGARET KINGDON (nee IRWIN) Peacefully at Minnedosa Personal Care Home on February 19, 2004 OUR LITTLE MOM passed away. Born July 4, 1914 to Henrietta and Charles Irwin. Graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Childrens Hospital, Winnipeg, MB in 1938. Married Noble Lenard Gordon Kingdon, October 1941 in Flin Flon, MB and returned to settle in Newdale, MB in December 1949. Mom was predeceased by Dad in October 1990. As well as her two younger sisters (Doris Katz and Grace McTavish), younger brother Bob Irwin, older brother Clarence Irwin. Mom will be missed but not forgotten by her three daughters, Margaret Ann Howard (Fred) Leslie Gayle Cable (Norm) Shirley Mae Partap (Larry) grandchildren, Willadeane Sweeting, Guy Howard, Marla Coupal, Lisa Harward, Celecia Partap, Justin Partap; great-grandchildren, Derek Sweeting, Kelsey Howard, Harmony Taylor-Howard, Patrick Coupal, Julie Coupal, Miranda Harward and Derek and Graeme Ross. Throughout her life Frances was a kind, caring friend, nurse, loving wife, nurturing mother and grandmother. A very special thank you is extended to the staff at Minnedosa Personal Care Home for the wonderful care given through the last few years. Following Moms request, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of, donations may be made to the MS Society of Manitoba, the Childrens Hospital or the Kidney Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to Minnedosa Funeral Services (204) 867-1960.
