Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRIAN RAYMOND JONES October 17, 1951 - February 25, 2004 Suddenly on February 25, 2004 in Fargo, ND, Brian passed away. He was predeceased by his mother Kathleen in January 1996 and his father James in August 1996. Brian leaves to mourn his brothers and sisters, Earl (Roxanna), Pat (Bob), Joyce (Albert), Colleen (Ron), Nancy, Mark (Miriam), Darcy (Donna), Florence (Brian) and also his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Cory, Brian, Trevor, Erin, Sanae, Gregory, Derek, Donna, Erika and Kaitlin. Brian drove as a professional driver for RSB Logistics out of Saskatoon, SK since October 1999. He proudly owned and operated his truck and was a successful business man. Brian went to Beaumont and Daniel Mac high school. He started his earliest years working with his father in Red Lake, ON operating as James A. Jones & Sons. Brian was a quiet compassionate man and easily liked. He always left a good impression with people and even if he didnt remember ones name, they all remembered him. Brian was not a pretentious person. He was open and honest and comfortable with who he was. He had a great love of music. He played the banjo and he especially liked his country music. His many tapes and CDs kept him company as the many highway miles passed behind him. Like his father before him, Brian had a great love for the outdoors. He enjoyed his solitude and often went fishing when not on the road. We give thanks for the life of a man that was the essence of generosity and kindness. A visitation and viewing will take place in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home on Monday, March 1 at 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a service will be held at the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 2 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at a later date. Brian had such a love for animals, if friends so desire, a donation in his memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3. "To have lived a life that has enriched so many lives, is indeed a great legacy." Arrangements entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIUM 220 Hespeler Ave. @ Henderson Hwy. 668-3151
