RONALD MILLS Peacefully on Friday, February 27, 2004, Ronald Mills passed away at the Health Sciences Centre Rehab Centre at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of Queenie of 62 years. Also survived by daughter Virginia (Darrel), Kellea (Bob), Riley, Brody, Jennifer (Rudy), Kaitlyn, Adam, Teri Anne; daughter Dorothy (Jack), Michael (Melanie), Kevin (Cheryl), Cathy (Patrick), Brin; son Leonard (Josie), Tammy (Jason), Tim; daughter Denise (Guy), Sadie, Tara, Deanna, Kayleb; daughter Peggy, Mandy, Jason, Zackary, Jay-Lee, Rowan; one sister, Audrey (Bob) Soper and family. Ron was a gentle, quiet man of God. Ron worked as a C.P.R. warehouseman for 30 years. He was a great nature lover and spent many happy years at the cottage at White Lake. A lover of classical music, he was an avid artist and musician, a devoted husband, father and grandfather and loved having his family involved in everything that was going on. A very special thanks to the wonderful staff of the 5th floor rehab centre, Health Sciences Centre for their kindness and care to Ron and our family while he was in the Rehab. A memorial service will be held at Sherwood Park Church of God, 554 Marsden St., East Kildonan on Friday, March 5 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or charity of ones choice.
