ANGELA MARIA STOCCO It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom, nana and great-nana, Angela Maria Stocco, 90 years of Nipigon, ON on Thursday, February 26, 2004 in the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital, Nipigon. She passed away peacefully with her family at her side. Moms life was occupied with generous amounts of concern, not only for her immediate family but also for all the people that touched her life. Many moments were spent creating beautifully crafted knitting and crocheting wonders for the children, grandchildren and friends. Mom was saddened when she could no longer perform these tasks due to macular degeneration. Mom defined her life by her attentive role of being in the lives of her children. She was mother, educator, mentor, friend and pillar of our lives even up to the last few precious moments of her life. She will truly be missed by all of her family and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Carlo and Francesea Mancuso; and by her husband Carlo in 1980; by two brothers, Antonio and Pasquale; by one sister Rosina; and by her son-in-law Tony Rebellato in 1991; she is survived by eight children, Mary Rebellato of Oakville, ON, Joseph (and wife Margaret) of Thunder Bay, ON, Frank (and wife Louisette) of Longlac, ON, Mario (and wife Lila) of Waterloo, ON, Orest (and wife Penny Cates) of Wyvale, ON, Loretta (and husband Ernie) Gagnon of Winnipeg, Vanda (and husband Paul) Weber of Waterloo, Tony (and wife Jeanie) of Nipigon; by nine grandchildren, Mark, Frankie, Kenny, Ryan, Glen and Aaron Stocco, Kyle Weber, Nino (and wife Mary) Rebellato, Adriana (and husband Joe) Carbone and Laura Rempel; by three great-grandchildren, John and Katrina Carbone and Alexandra Rebellato; by one brother Michael Mancuso of Panettieri, Italy; by two sisters, Bettina (and husband Carlo) Fabiano of Cantanzaro, Italy and Gesina (and husband Carlo) Pettinato of Panettieri, Italy; by sister-in-law Theresa Stocco of Thunder Bay; and a cousin Giovanni Mancuso of Nipigon.
