AIME VIELFAURE With great dignity and peace, surrounded by his loving family, Aime Vielfaure returned to his Creator, Friday, February 27, 2004 at the age of 79. Born in La Broquerie where he lived all his life, he leaves to mourn his passing, his beloved wife Florence (nee Rocan) his daughter Evelyne (Fernand Fournier) Juliette Rocan (Gerard Lavoie) and Germain Rocan (Marjolaine Fournier) whom he welcomed in his home as his own children; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; his sister Annette (feu J. A. Kirouac), Lina (J. Baptiste Gregoire) and Florence (Dominique Torcutti) his brothers, Albert (Solange Desrosiers), Father Louis, Missionary of Africa and Antonio (Hermine Freynet) as well as his in-laws (Rocan), Maurice (Eveline Audette), Paul (Lise), Father Jean-Louis, Michel (Colombe) and Guy (Jeanne), Sister Genevieve, s.g.m., Yvonne (feu Jacques Mireault), Irene (Norbert Toupin), Georgette (Fernand Balcaen), Marie-Therese (Leo Nadeau) and Henri Audette (feu Denise). He will also be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff of the SICU department at the Health Sciences Centre for their care and compassion as well the volunteers, especially Sister Elizabeth Herauf, s.g.m. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, March 3 at 7:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 rue Des Meurons. Viewing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 4 followed by Funeral Mass at the Saint-Joachim Roman Catholic Church in La Broquerie, MB with Msgr. Albert Frechette presiding.
