EDNA BUHLER July 28, 1929 - March 1, 2004 With joy and thanksgiving, her family at her side, Edna Buhler went with her Lord and Saviour to her heavenly home. Edna was predeceased by her son Richard in 1974. Remembering her love and commitment are her husband Jacob; daughter Elaine Bage; son James Buhler (Cheryl) as well as her grandchildren, Richard Bage (Benita), and Justin Bage (Brenda). Edna also touched the lives of many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and many friends. Edna was heavily involved in all aspects of church life, with a true desire to glorify her Lord and Saviour. From teaching Sunday school, singing in the church choir, caring for foster children, visiting and practicing hospitality, Edna served willingly and faithfully. Edna had a love for Gods creation. She enjoyed her summer camping trips with family and friends. Regardless of where she went she spread her love for life around. Viewing/visitation will be held Thursday, March 4 between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. Funeral service will be held March 5, 10:30 a.m., at Braeside Evangelical Mennonite Church, 1011 Munroe Ave. Interment to follow in Mennonite Memorial Gardens.
