DAVID HERMAN PETERS Suddenly on March 2, 2004 our brother, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather left us to be with the creator and saviour. He passed doing what he enjoyed, big rig driving. David lived as he loved, with his whole heart and soul. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 10 years Anna (nee Paul) his beloved children, Donna (Darryl), Debbie (Marcelin) and son Scott. His sister Helen (Nin) and brother John. He will also be missed by step-children, Art (Cathy), Ray (Donna) and Ron (Sandy). As well his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and many friends. David was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth (nee Toews) in 1967; his father David in 2000; and his sister Elizabeth (Sabo), not two weeks ago. David was a long standing member of the Mountain-Andrews Seventh-Day Adventist Church as well as a skilled carpenter. In his 63 years on this earth he helped many people fix their house, car and spirit. Because of his long career on the open road he wasnt with us as much as he was away. And we will think of this as his last long haul before we can be together again. Until then we will hold our precious memories of him dear. Service will be held on Monday, March 8 at 11:00 a.m in the Chapel of the Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler, (668-3151), with Pastor Tony Budzik officiating. Viewing will be held one hour prior at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow with interment in the spring in Morden, MB.
