LISA RHODES This Day is a Celebration of the life of "Judy" the person "Lisa" the entertainer. With my grandparents (Nanny and Papa) and my Aunt Irmy to raise me because my mother was "sick." I was an only child (first grandchild of the proud Heinzelman family) and learned from a very young age how to be a survivor and a loner. When I was born, God gave me a Gift - "Singing." I sang my whole life and entertained thousands of people. I loved making people happy with my voice and I loved people. My music was a story of my life, my pain, my hurt, my loves, my happiness, my everything and I shared it through my special songs that I found for special people in my life. Lisa is survived by son Benjamin Hood; dear friend David Rhodes; and aunt Irmy Clark. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2004 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Brookside Cemetery.
