Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHILDA HUTTON (nee JACKSON) On Sunday, March 7, 2004, Hilda passed away at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 83 years. Hilda was born in Minnedosa on March 7, 1921 and was educated in the Empire District. After completing eighth grade, she moved to Winnipeg to seek employment. On September 15, 1941, Hilda married a childhood friend, Ray Wilson Hutton in Winnipeg. After contributing to the war effort, the couple returned to farm the Jackson homestead in the Empire District. Hilda cherished her 36 years of marriage to Ray and it is our one comfort in this time of sorrow to know that she has been reunited with her husband whom she loved so dearly. Remaining to forever cherish Hildas memory are her daughter Shelagh; son-in-law Mike Stolle; Shelaghs three children, Craig and wife Sharon, their daughters, Teaghan and Novalee; Sharon and husband Brad and their daughter Sarah; Mark Vidal and Aileen Tien; her sister Marjorie Brown; brother Leonard Jackson and by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Besides her husband Ray on July 21,1977, she was predeceased by her parents, Herbert and Emmeline; stepmother Janet and by her brother Charles. In compliance with Hildas wishes, a private graveside service was held on Thursday, March 11 at 1:30 p.m. in the Boyd Cemetery in Bethany, MB. If friends so desire, donations in Hildas memory may be made to a charity of ones choice.
