JOSEPHINE CIZIK (nee Carriere) August 20, 1940 - March 9, 2004 It is with great sadness that on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 Josephine Cizik departed surrounded by family and friends. She is survived by her husband John of 47 years and four children, Barry, Larry, Linda, Tony and their partners. Also seven granddaughters; one grandson and one great-grandson. She will also leave behind her brothers, Hector and Oscar and three sisters, Marian, Therese, Anne, and extended family. She was predeceased by her parents, Anne and Alfred Carriere; her sister Mary Lou, and brothers, Daniel and Joe. In accordance with Josephines wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 E. at Navin Rd. Interment to be held in Green Acres Memorial Gardens at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3G 9Z9. "Miss me but let me go."
