AGNES NUSSBEUTEL Agnes entered into eternal sleep on Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at the Golden Links Lodge at the age of 93 years. Agnes was born January 3, 1911 in Koningshutte, Germany to her parents Karl Rybol and Karolina Rybol. She was one of eight children in a Roman Catholic family. During her upbringing by her parents and siblings she attended church services and graduated to her first communion. In 1957 she emigrated to Canada, Niagara Falls, ON, to re-marry and start a new chapter in her life. She married Hugo Nussbeutel in March of 1957 and enjoyed her life in the new world. She became a Canadian Citizen in 1959, spoke English and had a circle of friends. Life was good until the passing of her husband Hugo in February of 1987. Having numerous family members and friends in the old country, Agnes relocated to Winnipeg from where she travelled extensively and had a new circle of friends. The family would like to extend a warm thank you to the staff at the Golden Links Lodge. The treatment at the SNU was not only professional but compassionate.
