VIOLET K. PEARASE (nee BERNHARDT) May 13, 1922 - March 11, 2004 Suddenly, but peacefully, on March 11, 2004 at her residence mom passed on. She will always be remembered as a generous, hard working and highly opinionated individual. Her pride and joy was being able to remain in the home she worked so hard to maintain. She leaves to mourn her ten children, Gilbert (Fran), of Red Deer, AB, Allan (Kathy), of Kamloops, BC, in Winnipeg Les (Ted), Lynne, Stuart (Muriel), Ken, Willy (Karen), Wayne (Carol), Estelle (Joe), and Darrell. She also leaves to mourn many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Gordon (Bonnie) and Clifford (Bev) of Winnipeg; and three sisters, Eileen of Vancouver, Emily and Florence (Del) of Winnipeg. As per moms wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no service. Interment will take place at a later date. Remember mom in your own special way.
