GLADYS CECELIA FEWER (HOWARD) In her 96th year, at St. Boniface General Hospital, Winnipeg, March 7, 2004, our beloved Nana passed away peacefully. She was the much loved mother of Derek; Nana to Colin, Gregory (Kelly), Carolyn, Gary, Buddy, and very special mother-in-law to Eileen. Nana will also be lovingly remembered by her niece Andrea White, nephew Eric Howard, many other nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. She leaves us to join her beloved husband, Louis Basil. A Mass of the Resurrection was held March 11 at St. John Brebeuf Church to celebrate her life. Family was very important to Nana. She will be remembered for her kind spirit, eternal optimism, sense of humour, deep faith and many prayers offered to St. Jude, the saint of the impossible. We will also remember Nana for her famous rolls, doughnuts and cheese squares! We extend special thanks to the staff at the Waverley and the Rosewood (Fernwood House) for whom Nana always said "they are so good to me". Flowers gratefully declined.
