ANDREW GARTH FOWLER February 9, 1954 - March 10, 2004 Peacefully on March 10, 2004, our beloved son and brother passed away at the Victoria General Hospital. Andrew was the son of Pat and Roy; a brother to Judi (Tom), Larry (Gayle), Kathy (Gary) and Diana (Ken) and uncle to several nieces and nephews. Through Andys life, our family learned acceptance of the disabled, compassion for those less fortunate and the ability to show love and service to those in need. The family would like to thank the Manitoba Developmental Centre in Portage la Prairie and the St. Amant Centre for their compassionate love and care. A private family service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the St. Amant Centre, 440 River Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2M 3Z9.
