TIBOR KREIBICH Tibor Kreibich peacefully passed away in the morning of March 17, 2004. He was born in Budapest, Hungary on March 2, 1929. He was predeceased by his wife Ilona whom he was married to on August 8, 1953 until her passing on May 15, 1997. Because of the Hungarian revolution of 1956 they came to Canada in 1957. He will be sadly missed by Eva Miller; sons, Stephen and Paul (Naomi), Eva and Len and countless number of friends within Winnipeg, Arnes, and Hungary. Tibor worked as an architect during his working years and always was passionate about numbers and the thirst to learn new things. For many years he loved watching Hungarian dancing and working for the Hungarian pavilions. His great passion was the cottage which he built and enjoyed for numerous years and in retirement counted the days before the May long weekend so he can be out there and open it for the season. Tibor was a devoted Catholic and maintained this throughout his life. Special thanks to Eva Neni for her strong support for dad during the last few months, words cannot be put down for her love and support for him. Special thanks to the staff at Riverview, Brenda and Kaye, Anna of Dr. Wollners office, CancerCare Manitoba, Dr. Leylek, all members of Rozsafuzer group and all friends who visited and sent their best wishes. Special thanks to Dr. G. Wollner for his heartfelt care and honesty during this difficult time. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 19 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Rev. Fr. Joseph C. Johnson, S.J. officiating.
