ELSIE BERNICE BRACKEN (nee HINCHEY) Died suddenly March 9, 2004 at age 68 in Kelowna, BC. She is survived by husband Garth; sons, John (Leah) of Winnipeg and Thomas of Toronto; grandchildren, Ian and Paige; brothers, Raymond and Francis; sisters, Phyllis and Barbara. Her irrepressible love, generosity and sense of humour will be remembered always. At Elsies request there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers, and in memory of her life long love of birds please consider donations to the Okanagan Wildlife Recovery Centre, project for the rehabilitation and release of song birds and birds, Box 66 PBC, Kelowna, BC V1Y 7N3 "I have lived I have been loved The sun has caressed my face Life, you owe nothing Life, we are at peace"
