Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryETHEL ELIZABETH HUNTER Ethel Elizabeth Hunter passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2004 at the age of 66 years. She was born June 30, 1937 on the family farm near Dunrea, MB. On April 4, 1959, she was united in marriage to George and they made their home in Winnipeg. In 1976, a move was made to Whitemouth, MB. In 1982, a home was built where they resided until George passed away in 1986. Ethel remained in Whitemouth where her life without George refocused on community events. With tireless energy, she became involved in many activities, the Lutheran Church, ELW, choir, typing church correspondence, Seniors Groups in Whitemouth, Seven Sisters and Elma, Christian Womens Group in Beausejour, square dancing groups in Pinawa and Ste. Rita and the Hospital Auxiliary. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Al (Jean), Gary (Vicki) and Ross; grandchildren, Shari, Allison, Jonathan, Randi and A.J; great-grandchildren, William, Codi, Samantha, Noelle, Connor, Teckla, Ellis and Brea. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, March 22 at 2:00 p.m. at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, Whitemouth with Pastor Don Reimer officiating. Interment will follow in the Whitemounth Municipal Cemetery. Friends may view prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations may be made to the Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, Whitemouth, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald St. Winnipeg, MB R3L OK6.
