EDGAR ZERBIN Edgar Zerbin passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2004 at 20:50 after a heroic battle with strokes, dementia and diabetes. With his wife Muriel and his daughter Deborah and husband Chris, son Raymond and grandson Darrell by his side, he went to a place where the suffering could finally stop and he is free to walk, run and be with the loved ones who passed before him. He also leaves behind his son Brian; dearly beloved Aunty Martha; daughter-in-law Kim and grandchildren, Krista, Joshua and Nathan. Although Ed was often perceived as a hard man, his love for his family and their well being always shone through. Ed was best known as Unicity No. 94 for 34 years until his retirement, and his battle began eight years ago. He took great pride and loved his job, along with those he spent so much time with at meals. The family wishes to express immense gratitude to the staff at the Maples Personal Care Home - 2 East. You were a comfort to us, especially during our final days with you. We request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Eds memory to the Maples Personal Care Home. A private family service will be held. We love you dad, may you find peace you deserve and freedom you so desired. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
