Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryREBECCA ANALA ONIO On the morning of Saturday, March 20, 2004, Rebecca peacefully went to be with her Lord and Saviour. Rebecca leaves to cherish her memory, and will be sadly missed by her husband Godofredo Sr., her eldest daughter Mila Negrych (Rick), Samuel, Naomi, and Nathanael; son Willie (Margie), Jacylyn Villaneuva (Thomas), great-granddaughter Callasandra, Wilma, Sarah, and John; son Godofredo Jr. (Lorna), Cavin, Aaron, Alyzza; son Alfredo (Bienvenida), Maria Melani Guiao (Mario), great-grandson Michael, Albien, and Alfredo Jr.; daughter Isabel Cruto (Mar), Mark, Marlon; Godofredo III; niece Olive Villanueva (Renato), along with numerous other relatives in the Philippines. She was born in Estancia Iloilo, Philippines on Monday, November 28, 1932. On Wednesday, November 28, 1979, she immigrated to Canada. Rebecca was a hard working wife, mother and grandmother who provided love, care and support for her family. Once she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour, Rebecca became very active in serving the Lord through evangelism at The Maples Evangelical Church. Her life was a living testimony to her family and friends. Her family, friends and her brethren in Christ will miss her very much. Lamay (viewing) will be held on Wednesday, March 24 and Thursday, March 25, 6:00 p.m. to midnight (devotional both nights at 7:30 p.m.) at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 26 at 11:00 a.m. at The Maples Evangelical Church, 1575 Inkster Blvd. with Pastor Lito Gonzales officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing at the church also on Friday, March 26 from 10:00 a.m., until time of service.
