K. DOROTHY CALVERT It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Dorothy Calvert on Saturday, March 20, 2004. She was predeceased by her husband Reg; son Barry; parents; her brother Edward; and sister Gladys. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Doreen (Walter) Coubrough, Betty (Bryce) McRorie, Donalda (Allan) Schell; her son Ronald (Phyllis) 18 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. Dorothy was very active in the Sidney United Church, Eastern Star in Carberry and the Womens Institute. She was well respected in the community and always willing to help at many events when needed. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff at the Oakview Place in Winnipeg. If friends so desire, memorial donations in Dorothys memory may be made to the charity of ones choice. A celebration of Dorothys life for all family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 27 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Omega Funeral Home, 83 Royal Rd. S., Portage la Prairie, MB.
