MATHILDA FAUCHER (BOULET)

MATHILDA FAUCHER (nee BOULET) Peacefully, with her family by her side, Mathilda went into eternal rest at the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care on Thursday, March 25, 2004 at the age of 88 years and seven months. She was predeceased by her husband Napoleon Faucher (1971), daughter Angele Faucher (1953), and son-in-law Casey (2003). Mathilda leaves to mourn three sons and four daughters, Therese (Roger), Cecile (Leon), Raymond (Terry), Lorraine (Fernand), Annette, Gilbert (Robbin), Real (Helen), daughter-in-law Rosine, 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She also is survived by three sisters, four brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Dunrea, MB, Mathilda lived most of her life in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, MB until her move to Winnipeg in 1973. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at the Palliative Care, St. Boniface Hospital. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 29 at Saints-Martyrs-Canadiens Roman Catholic Church, 289 Dussault Ave. with Fr. Marcel Toupin presiding. Service to terminate at the church. Interment to be held in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mathilda may be made to the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care, 409 Tache Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2H 9Z9.
