CECIL ALLAN MAIN 1941 - 2004 Very peacefully, with his family by his side, Cecil Allan Main passed away at the Ste. Anne Hospital on Friday, March 26, 2004 at the age of 62 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Lea, his children, David, James (Diane), Donald (Karen), Daniel, Jeffrey (Sharlene), and daughter-in-law Carrie. He will be lovingly remembered by his father Cecil Sr., father-in-law Albert Laramee, two brothers, 17 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Cecil was predeceased by his first wife Dorothy, his mother Odile, his sister Doreen, his sons, Kenneth and Robert; granddaughter Cecilia; and mother-in-law Louise Laramee. Cecil was raised and lived all his life in Richer, MB. For the past 20 years, Cecil and Lea had a special loving relationship that bonded their two families as one. He as a man of few words yet his advice was taken highly. He loved seeing his grandkids, bugging his daughters-in-law as well as having good laughs with his boys while relaxing in his garage on summer days. Because of Cecil and his brother Normans special bond, the family has requested Norman to be the urnbearer for the service. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30 at the St. Joachim Roman Catholic Church in La Broquerie, MB with Msgr. Albert Frechette presiding. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Gobeil and staff at the Ste. Anne Hospital and Lois from the CancerCare - Steinbach Branch for the care and compassion.
