Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERMAINE PELISSIER (nee PINETTE) May 17, 1912 - March 26, 2004 After a lengthy and courageous battle, with her family by her side, we announce the peaceful passing of Germaine at Tache Centre. Germaine was born May 17, 1912 on the family farm in Ste. Amelie, MB. She was the youngest (twin) of a family of 12. She was predeceased by her husband Leo (1993), daughter Rosemarie (1996), grandson Darrell (1986). She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Marianne (husband Lloyd), grandchildren, Curtis (fiancee Candice) and Tamara; great-grandson Travis; and her twin brother Germain Pinette, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the many relatives and friends for their prayers and support. We would also like to thank Tache Centre, the nurses and caregivers on 2ABC, especially Sister Alice, Rosie, Benoit and Wayne, for the care and support they gave Germaine and the family. A celebration of Germaines life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31 at the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons St. Private interment will be held at a later date at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Dear Mom, Thank you for the gifts of love, forgiveness and peace you gave me in your final moments. I mourn your passing but you live in me now and forever.
