RONALD RAYMOND MARTIN September 26, 1948 - March 30, 2004 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Ronald on March 30, 2004 at the age of 55 years. Ronald is survived by his loving wife and best friend Elizabeth (Betty) daughters, Lisa (Dennis) and Kimberley (Darren) two grandsons, Chandler and Corbin; his father Ray Martin and numerous other relatives. He was predeceased by his mother Marie Therese in 1977. Ronald was born and went to school in Elmwood. He retired as captain from the City of Winnipeg Fire Department after 30 years. Ronald was an active life member of the Prince Edward Legion and served as President for four years. He enjoyed playing golf and curling. He was a devoted husband and loving father and grandfather. He will be sadly missed. The family would like to thank Dr. Garth Campbell and the wonderful staff at the Beausejour Hospital for all their care and compassion. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment to follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
