Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIOLET AMELIA DAVIDSON (nee BROWN) It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother Vi Davidson on Monday, March 29, 2004. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Corinne (Clay), Michele (Ilija) of Toronto and Mike (Katie) her grandchildren, Jacqueline, Johanne and Tracy, Bryce, Brett; sisters, Doris Scaife (Chris) and Adeline Radcliffe; and brother Harold Brown. She was predeceased by her husband Bryce; parents, Annie and Harry Brown; and brother Allen. Vi was born December 10, 1924 and grew up in Lundar. She practiced nursing until she married Bryce and devoted herself to raising her family. Vis faith was her strength, she was very active in her church, teaching Sunday school, singing in the choir and as a compassionate hospital visitor for many years. Vi lovingly dedicated her life to her family and friends. She was a great listener and she will always be remembered for her generosity and her warmth. A celebration of Vis life will be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 930 Winakwa Rd. on April 3 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, a donation in her memory may be sent to "Faith Gardens" Building Fund, 1311 Dakota St., Winnipeg, MB R2N 1G8.
