LORNA CALLIE MARIE ATKINSON Unexpectedly, on Thursday, April 1, 2004, at St. Pauls Hospital, Vancouver, BC, Lorna Callie Marie Atkinson, of Vancouver, BC, passed away at the age of 48 years. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Omega Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 7, at 3:00 p.m., with Rev. Fr. Michael Wollbaum officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery, St. Marks, Manitoba. Predeceased by her father Lorne, her niece Desiree Osmar. She leaves to mourn her passing her mother Beatrice; her brother John (Sally) of North Vancouver; three sisters, Holly (Dave) Asham of Brandon, Desiree (Tom) Swindle of Gary, Indiana, Anne (Craig) Lindbloom of Brandon, Manitoba; her nieces and nephews, Adam, Brendon, Alex, Allan, Katie, Jasmine, Jessie; her great niece Angel; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be sadly missed by her cousin Daniel Atkinson of BC. Friends may call at the funeral home for visitation on Tuesday, April 6th evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Society.
