ARMAND JEAN ANTOINE MONCHAMP 1927 - 2004 Armand passed away peacefully on April 3, 2004 with his wife Dorothy and family at his side. Armand is survived by his wife Dorothy; his brother Steve (Florence) his son Raymond (Darcey) and granddaughters, Christine, Christy and Kayla. Also, stepdaughter Michelle; stepson Glenn; his stepgrandchildren, Darcey (Kristin), Mandy (Fraser), Michael (Chelsea), Justin (Jaqueline), Monique; four stepgreat-granddaughters, Raine Angel, Brooklyn, Monique and McKenna Alexa. Armand was predeceased by his parents, Germaine and Noel Monchamp; one sister Marguerite; one son Armand Eugene; and two stepsons, William James and Michael Alfred Andrews. He was born in Notre Dame De Lourdes. In 1950 Armand moved to Winnipeg and began working with Manitoba Hydro. He had many good years with the company until his retirement in 1991. In his passing Armand leaves many friends and family who love him and will miss him greatly. Many thanks to Drs. McTaggart, Pillay and Graham and staff at Hunter Memorial Hospital in Teulon, MB and the doctors and nursing staff of I.C.U at the Grace Hospital. Thank you for all the wonderful care and love shown to Armand while he was in your care. Memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m on Thursday, April 8 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. A reception will follow.
