Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) BERGEN On Monday, April 5, 2004, Bill passed away at the Health Sciences Centre with his family by his side. His memory lives on in the lives of his family, his loving wife of 32 years, Lillian; his daughter Tammy (Darren) Downey; his brother Donald Bergen of Winnipeg; numerous brothers and sisters-in-law in Manitoba; brother-in-law Harold Keating of Saskatoon; nieces and nephews, Tracy (Art) Sanderson of Petersfield, Donald (Cindy) Bergen, Gary Bergen and Susan Bergen of Winnipeg, Pat (Chuck) St. Pierre, Alf (Tunie) Keating and Michael Keating of Saskatoon; and his numerous cousins and many friends. He also leaves to remember his special friend Ada Young. He is predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Mary Bergen; his brothers, Raymond, Joseph, Alfred and Albert; and one sister Ellen Keating. Bill was a "Jack of all trades", he hauled scrap, did lawn care, and helped people whomever needed him. Bill loved to drink his tea and play cards for hours with family and friends that came to visit. He had a wonderful sense of humour. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses of MICU at Health Sciences Centre. A memorial service to remember Bill will be held on Thursday, April 8 at 3:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Bills memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
