CLEMENTINE (TINA) CHESIN (nee Hergesheimer) In the afternoon hours of Friday, April 2, 2004 our beautiful Mom slipped away at Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 86. Our Mom was a kind, caring and considerate soul. She was an "angel in waiting". We treasure many special memories of her. Her thoughtfulness and love made every day special. Mom took great pleasure in her family and was proud of us all. Mom was born to Magdalena and Henry Hergesheimer on February 16, 1918, into a family in which there would eventually be nine children. Mom spent all of her life in Winnipeg. Her early years were in Elmwood and later Weston and St. James. Mom is fondly remembered by her loving husband of 63 years, John Sr. and her three devoted children, Ray (Victoria), Gail (Victoria) and John Jr. (Winnipeg). She will also be fondly remembered by her sisters, Chris Rosner and Betty Keough and her brother Walt (Ruth) Hergesheimer and many nieces and nephews. Mom was predeceased by her mother and father; sisters, Kate Schroeder, Mary Fitzgerald and brothers, John Hergesheimer, Val Hergesheimer and Phil Hergesheimer. Mom loved flowers and had a special place in her heart for animals. She is now with her beloved special pets, Rudy and Billie. There will be a memorial service for our Mom on Wednesday, April 7, 2:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 708 McCalman Ave. Pastor Richard Kruesel officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment at a later date. We would like to thank all the staff of 6 West Deer Lodge Centre for their excellent care. Donations in Mom's memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or charity of your choice. There is an emptiness in our hearts today We love you Mom and we will miss you Till we meet again
