WILLIAM KLYM April 20, 1929 - April 4, 2004 Peacefully on Sunday, April 4, 2004, William Klym, aged 74 years, passed away after a lengthy illness. He will be sadly missed by his wife Rosie, of 48 years of marriage; and his children, Ronald (Rose) and Caroline (David). William was born in Lowland, MB where he farmed until moving to Winnipeg in 1956. He then started working at Cowin Steel until his retirement. He enjoyed his retirement by planting his garden, shopping for bargains, cutting grass, helping neighbours and working on many other projects at the Pioneer House. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Beausejour. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m., also at the Sobering Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at the Lowland Church cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Williams memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 695 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
