Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHERINE MYSKIW 1910 - 2004 Peacefully on Saturday, April 3, 2004 at Oakview Place Extendicare, our mother passed away. She was born in Meleb, MB on November 10, 1910. In 1937 she moved to Warren, MB where she and her late husband raised seven children on their farm. In 1975 they moved to Winnipeg, living in the St. James area. Mother is survived by her son William (Dorothy) daughters, Mary (Frank), Stella (Bob), Evelyn, Irene (Dennis), Jeannette (Bob) and daughter-in-law Eileen. Our mother is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and a sister Jeanette. She was predeceased by her husband William, son Fred, son-in-law Donald, grandson Bradley. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. in the Blessed John XXIII Parish, 3390 Portage Ave. with Rev. Msgr Maurice Comeault and Rev. Msgr. Louis McCloskey presiding. Viewing will be held a half hour prior to mass. At her request six grandsons will be pallbearers. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Main Street North. Many grateful thanks to the entire staff of Oakview Place where care, love and compassion were combined to make her last 15 months extremely pleasant and satisfying to her needs.
