Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWARD H. SUAREZ Edward H. Suarez, passed away March 4, 2004. Born in Winnipeg, Canada on April 25, 1921 to Nicholas Suarez and Eda Gagnon. Memorial mass was held March 22 at St. Louis de Montfort Church. During his service in the R.C.A.F. while attached to the R.A.F. in the Second World War, he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Bravery. In the early 1950s he moved to the Los Angeles area to pursue his career and raised a family of four children. After his retirement he decided to embrace the Santa Maria area to enjoy a more leisurely life. He was very devoted to helping other elderly persons in their everyday needs. He will sorely be missed by those he loved. His sons, Brian and Murray; daughters, Patricia and Marion; sisters, Teresa Beaulieu and Anita Van Belleghem, preceded by his sisters, Marcel Bourque and Constance Audette along with many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
