ROY E. WALKER Roy passed away peacefully on April 3, 2004 with his family at his side. Roy is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandra; and his sons, Russell and Clinton (Angela). Roy also leaves his brother William (Val) his Uncle Harry (Ruby) as well as Sandys family, brother Al (Brenda) sisters, Millie, Sharon and their children. He also leaves his good friend Joe. His sister Ann March; and his parents, William and Gertrude predeceased Roy. Born in Winnipeg on October 8, 1944, Roy, while employed by the Government of Canada, spent his summers enjoying his true passion, working with the horses at Assiniboine Downs. At Roys request, there will be no service. There will be a private interment held on Wednesday, April 7. Sandra, Russell and Clinton would like to extend their sincere appreciation for the excellent and truly compassionate care provided by the staff of the Riverview Hospital and Dr. Richard Nason of the Health Sciences Centre.
