Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLINTON LANGRELL It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Clinton Lyal Langrell, eldest son of Ross and Opal Langrell of Woodlands. Born March 14, 1952, a lively youth, loving hockey, baseball and sharing time with friends. Very studious and a conscientious worker, he was acclaimed by the principle as "the best president of the student council". He loved to read and remembered all he read. In 1970, he spent summer holidays in Yakama Washington USA. He began employment at AlTrans. He spent some time working at the race track in Winnipeg, also working on the farm with father Ross and brother Timothy. The last seven years were spent at Swans Dairy Farms. Clint was a devout Christian participating actively in the Woodlands Gospel Chapel. The church and Christian friends were a big part of his life and loved to sing the sacred songs and favorite hymns. His life ended abruptly Monday, April 5, 2004 in Stonewall Hospital. He will join his father and grandparents in Warren Cemetery. He is survived by three sisters, Jill (Ashley), Lynne (Gary) and Deidre (Scott) and mother Opal and brother Tim (Joanne) and numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be Friday, April 9 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall with services to be held at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall on Saturday, April 10 at 2:00 p.m. with interment in Warren Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Woodlands Gospel Chapel, Woodlands, MB. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
