JACK GODFRED 1938 - 2004 Peacefully, on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at Concordia Hospital, Jack Godfred, beloved father and friend passed away. Jack is survived by son Donald; daughter Dianne (John) Ramsay; grandchildren, Eden and Jack; brothers, Joe (Glenda) and Ray (Erika) and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Margaret and parents Joseph and Rose. Jack was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. He worked as an industrial electrician, mostly with Comstock Canada Ltd. He retired as a member in good standing from IBEW Local 2085. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. The family thanks all the nursing staff from Section N3 West of the Concordia Hospital, for their kind and compassionate care given to Jack during his final days. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacks memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 13, at 10:00 a.m., in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens with reception to follow.
