Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE FOUASSE LACASSE (nee JACQUES) 1922 - 2004 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Rose, aged 81, on April 6, 2004 at Foyer Valade. She will be sadly missed by her four children, Gerald (Annette), Huguette (Roland), Hubert (Pam), Mireille (Maurice) eight grandchildren, (Marc, Marcia, Renee, Lindsay, Gerard, Alison, Michelle, Jonathan) and two great-grandchildren (Matthieu, Kade). She also leaves to cherish her memory two brothers, Armand and Edouard, and numerous nieces and nephews She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Caroline; her sister Lina; and many in-laws. Rose was entirely devoted to her family and invested her whole being in the noble profession of motherhood. She was a woman of many abilities using her talents such as sewing, knitting, cooking and gardening to bless people around her. Her greatest gift was her unique ability to make people laugh. Combined with the gift of gab, she could cry and laugh in the same sentence. All who knew her will smile while remembering her. The family would like to thank the staff at Foyer Valade for their love and kindness and devotion in caring for our mother for the last five years. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. at the Paroisse des St-Martyrs-Canadiens, 289 Dussault. Concelebrated by labbe Marcel Toupin and Msgr. Noel Delaquis. Interment of the ashes will be at the St. Claude Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Foyer Valade for new expansion or flowers may be forwarded to the church prior to the service. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
