Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKEVIN MANN 1950 - 2004 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin Peter Paul Mann on April 5, 2004 at the age of 53. After a long courageous battle with cancer, he was surrounded by his loving family during his last moments. Kevin will lovingly be remembered by wife Christine; daughter Chelsea (Roland) grandson Logan and two foster grandsons, seven brothers, five sisters and many other loved ones from Kevins and Christines families. Kevin was born in Herbert, SK on August 30, 1950. He grew up in Unity, SK the youngest of 15 children. After graduating from High School at age 15, he moved to North Battleford, SK. At age 17, he started his work with Kresges/KMart. Shortly after transferring to Regina, he met his wife of 34 years Christine Louise Ronning. They married in Regina, SK and moved to several different cities throughout Canada. In 1972, a daughter, Chelsea Louise was born in Dawson Creek, BC. For the last 21 years, he has resided in Winnipeg working in several KMart and then Zellers stores. In his 36 year career, he loved being a store manager and he loved the people he worked with. You could often see him, pitching in doing whatever needed to be done around the store, with a smile on his face. It made him proud to work with so many good people. At different points in his life he enjoyed, collecting records, riding his motorcycle, golfing and garage sales. He involved his family and friends with his hobbies whenever possible. He could never pass up a great deal. It was truly in his blood. His family and friends will all miss him dearly. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, April 14 at 2:00 p.m. at Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd., Winnipeg, MB.
