Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAJNIKANT KARSAN KANSARA (JAI RAMDEVPIR) With great sorrow, I announce the passing of my beloved father, Rajnikant Karsan Kansara, on Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at the Seven Regions Health Centre, at the age of 55. He was born in the small town of Moshi, in Tanzania, East Africa on August 10, 1948 to his beloved parents, Karsanbhai and Monghiben Kansara. He had five brothers (Mawji, Velgi, Pradyuman, Ramesh and Kishore) and a sister (Naina). He leaves to remember him his wife, Kantaben, and his son Roopesh. He started his life in Moshi, from where he moved to Arusha. In Arusha, he started working at a local theatre as a cashier and progressed from there to a small retail shop. He operated that shop until October 2001, when he moved with his family to Manitoba where he ran a motel. He was an individual with many varied interests. One thing he enjoyed most of all was to volunteer for various causes. Throughout his life, he volunteered for many community activities. He also enjoyed singing, something which he did till present. He was deeply dedicated to his faith, committing much of his time at the temple. On behalf of Kansara family, we would like to thank Dr. Chabakuli, Dr. Clara Mushanda and the staff of Seven Regions Health Centre, who were readily available to give medical advice and treatment to him. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, April 13 at 10:00 a.m. in the Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Shantipath in the memory of Mr. Rajnikant will be held at Hindu Mandir on Wednesday, April 14 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H8.
